About Me!

Growing up, I always thought that adults were all-knowing. After I turned 18 and now have almost 3 years of college under my belt, I know that I was sadly mistaken. You don’t magically learn everything once you turn 18. So… what then? Is there some class I was supposed to take or something? What did I miss? There is ONE thing I’ve learned so far though–your 20s are supposed to be the best years of my life. Or so television and movies tell me. Anyway, I’m going to make sure that I have a blast.

My name is Samantha and I’m a 21 year old Cornell student, aspiring writer, and sorority girl just trying to get by.  I finally entered the world of the “20-somethings” in May 2013 and I’ve been loving every second of it. I’m here to document everything from crazy nights out to incoherent ramblings about my everyday life to lessons I’ve learned the hard way. I hope you enjoy the ride as much as I do.

  1. Will be a memory jog for me….I went to SUNY Cortland, just down the road…(1975-’79 and 1980-’83)! Ya like young spirited poetry from an “old” guy—come visit! bythemightymumford.wordpress.com. Several friends of mine went to Cornell…including a former fiancee.(!). What’s yer major?

Oh wow! Cortland isn’t far at all! I have friends that go there now, actually. To answer your question, though, I’m a Communication major with a Business minor!
